Let me start out by saying that it was REALLY cold today. We took a drive to see the maternity hospital where Little T was born and it was freezing. I think it was in the 30s, but it felt colder. The area around the hospital was wide open and very windy. We did not stay outside for long. The maternity hospital was a total surprise. It was a modern building with a large garden area filled with beautiful benches. It definitely was not what we were expecting. It was really nice.
We shared the playroom with one other family today. The two children played side by side for most of our visit. Her buddy is teething and seems to enjoy biting Little T's toys. At one point, she decided while he was chewing on something of hers, that she needed to play with that toy as well. It was pretty funny to see her climb on her buddy and go for her toy. Little T was giggling and talking today. Yay!! I wish she would giggle more often because it is just so cute.
She was definitely more awake today. Part of the problem, yesterday, may have been that she left during our visit to get one of her scheduled vaccines. We were told she only cried for a little bit and by the time she came back to us she seemed fine. Our little peanut is quite a trooper.
It looks like our court date might be 1 week earlier than we had originally estimated. That is really exciting and we can't wait. The earlier we go to court the earlier we can come back and get our little girl.
